Here is a proposed tagline to catalyze alternatives, to improve the USRS tagline in the About section, where this tagline has gaps or excesses.  

"Resilience Networks:  

Enabling a better sustainable quality of life and enhanced functional life capacity, 

living in balance with thriving local, regional, national, and global ecosystems 

in the best of times, and 

in the worst of times;

Collaboratively preparing for challenging transformational times ahead."

"Resilience Systems: 

are civil society-driven public/private consortia 

enabling communities and societies to function more effectively as complex adaptive systems

using Resilience Networks and other intelligent social networks 

to create unity of effort

when unity of command is not feasible or not desirable.
